Guided review and coaching

DealGuard provides guided deal review and negotiation coaching. Advisors may help users understand numbers, prepare questions, review dealer documents, and decide next steps. Unless explicitly included in a separate written service, DealGuard does not act as a dealer, lender, broker, attorney, financial advisor, or legal representative.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for verifying all final numbers before signing a contract, including APR, term, fees, taxes, add-ons, trade-in, payoff, warranties, and lender conditions.

Paid access

Premium is a one-time paid plan priced at $299 unless shown otherwise at checkout. It includes 12 months of Premium platform access, Mia, saved tools, Premium features, and guided advisor support for one vehicle deal until that deal is completed, canceled, or replaced.

Guided support credit

Guided advisor support is connected to one vehicle deal. When an advisor marks that deal as completed, the guided support benefit for that deal is used. The user keeps Premium platform access for the remaining 12-month access period.

Checkout consent and billing records

Before a paid checkout, users must confirm the Premium payment and accept the Terms and Privacy Policy.DealGuard may store the price shown, accepted versions, checkout email, user agent, IP address, referrer, and Stripe session identifiers to support billing questions, fraud prevention, and dispute response.

Refunds and access issues

If paid access does not unlock correctly, contact support with the checkout email and evaluation details. Refund handling may depend on the payment type, product status, and Stripe transaction records.

Third-party services

The app uses Supabase for authentication and database storage and Stripe for payments. Future premium features may use vehicle valuation or document analysis providers.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, attempt to access another user's data, abuse payment flows, or use the app for unlawful activity.

Final contract controls

If there is any difference between the app and the dealer or lender paperwork, the signed contract and lender documents control. Read them carefully before signing.
